Eric’s blend of decision making and an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit makes him ideal to lead the JetSpring enterprise.

Jeff Felman, Executive Vice President - Sales

Jeff is a seasoned webchat and teleservices industry professional with over 20 years of experience. Jeff consults and guides companies through the process of custom-developing and managing their customer interaction programs. He specializes in technologies such as webchat, automated IVR, inbound/outbound live agents and predictive dialing/ACD software.

Thomas M. Del Vecchio, Executive Vice President - Operations

Tom carries with him over 20 years of experience in executive management, primarily in the customer contact industry. From his considerable experience managing large organizations, Tom has developed innovative ways of meshing processes, people and performance to meet organizational goals. As part of the original Gannett/USA TODAY launch team, Tom learned valuable lessons in how successful entrepreneurial enterprises operate profitably.

Chuck Spector, Vice President - Agent Operations

Chuck has the intrinsic and expert ability to understand a website visitor’s needs and turn those customers into qualified leads. Additionally, his exceptional interpersonal skills allow him to coach JetSpring’s agents into performing at peak levels. His background includes owning, operating and selling several significant private businesses. Chuck’s extensive business experience is instrumental in training our agents to nurture positive business relationships between our clients and their website visitors.

Paul Glancy, Vice President - Program Development

Developing, testing and launching one-to-one, dialogue-based marketing and sales campaigns is Paul’s strategic specialty. He is a leader in the use of webchat applications, as well as sales-focused inbound and outbound telephone marketing strategies. His background includes executive positions at Interpublic Group/The Martin Agency and Gannett/USA TODAY, where he was part of the original launch team. Paul is also a frequent speaker at the Direct Marketing Assocation and other industry conferences.

Amy Rose, Director - Client Value

Amy's background in sports marketing, special events planning and account management provides the project management tools and judgment to add value to JetSpring clients every day. Through more than ten years of experience handling major accounts for Interpublic Group/The Martin Agency and other companies, Amy's collaborative approach provides clients with the continual communications that build a trusted and ongoing improvement process.

Sam Kades, Managing Partner

Sam's strategic marketing and management experience supports all levels of the JetSpring team. His background includes key launch team positions for numerous businesses including Gannett/USA TODAY, Gannett TeleMarketing and Interpublic Group/The Martin Agency. A current member of the Direct Marketing Association's Ethics Policy Committee and 2007 winner of the industry's Teleservices Excellence Award, Sam is an advocate for customer-focused management at all levels of an organization. At Gannett, he won company-wide awards for innovation for two consecutive years. In 2006, he founded Saleseek Partners Inc., a marketing services firm.

Paul Link, Managing Partner

Paul brings 35 years of financial and operations management from the publishing and outsourced customer contact industries. He supervised the distribution of USA TODAY in the Washington DC/Baltimore Region, the first market for the Nation's Newspaper. Then, as a start-up expert for the paper's launch and expansion, he became the General Manager in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, resulting in an overall assignment as Corporate Field Marketing Director at USA TODAY's headquarters in Washington DC. Subsequently, as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gannett TeleMarketing, he helped establish USA TODAY's first successful spin-off venture. Paul will provide overall financial and cash management at JetSpring as well as audit oversight for the company's production and business systems.
